今回 西武渋谷店 B 館8階 =美術画廊では、半蔵門にあるオルタナティブギャラリー ANAGRAとSIDECOREによる企画展「ニューノーマル展」を開催いたします。
ANAGRAとSIDE COREはいずれも、ストリートアートを基礎としながら現代日本の新しい表現の世界を切り開くアーティスト達を紹介しており、本展にて初の競演を果たします。

「ニューノーマル」とは日本における新しい表 現の水準を表すという意味の造語です。

ニューノーマル展では、これまで日本の美術が土台としてきた大学教育や画廊のシステムから外れていた、ストリートアートというより都 市 での文化や 生 活に密 接した自由な表 現の 在り方に 着目しています。

一人ひとりのアー ティストがどのようなビジョンをもって表現に望んでいるかをご高覧ください。

We, ANAGRA and SIDE CORE, are proud to present you with our new joint e x hibition [ NEWNORMAL ] on the 8th floor of Seibu Shibuya building B.
Both of our establishments have been actively introducing upcoming artists who explore new forms ofexpression influenced by thefundamentals of street art culture.

This time, for the first time, we havecome together to collaborate in this unique exhibition away from our own galleries.

[ NEWNORMAL : the new standard of expressions in contemporary Japanese art ]
The exhibition c ategorically focuses on the freedom of expressions earned from urban cultures and waysof living, and those that are distant from any orthodox college educations or commercial galler y systems.
Amidst the recent disasters and unresting world situation, it is those constantly challenged s tyles andcauses, which we believe to be the most genuine and matter - worthy.

We truly hope that this collection will bring you senseations unheard of, and to introduce you the flip side of Japanese art culture.
