モノの価値。

大量生産され作られたおもちゃ達は形が変わるほどに遊ばれ、

使い込まれ、壊れて、ひとつの無駄なごみ(ジャンク)になってしまった。

それらに価値を見出し昇華させることで新しい彫刻にする。

決してもう本物ではない、既に架空の物になってしまったが。

アートはとても優しい嘘をつく。

主な意味

うつろの、中空の、へこんだ、落ち込んだ、こけた、うつろな、

こもった、不誠実な、うわべだけの、内容のない

The value of things.

The mass-produced toys have been played so intensely that they lost their original shapes.
They broke down after long use and have become a chunk of useless waste (junk).
I find the value in this waste and create new sculptures from there.
They are not the real things anymore, though; they have already gone fake.

Art tells very sweet lies.
